RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your Lorian Horlogerie purchase.

1. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within the applicable withdrawal period.

  • Order number;
  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Product being returned;
  • Statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You may use the following wording:

"I hereby notify you that I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [PRODUCT], order number [ORDER NUMBER], purchased on [DATE]."

3. Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within the applicable legal deadline.

The product should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly offered by us, the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Consumers may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may account for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

5. Refunds

After receiving the returned product, or evidence that it has been sent back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will normally be made using the original payment method.

6. Defective Products

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

If your product has a defect or does not conform to the contract, please contact us.

EU consumers generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, with additional protections potentially available under national law.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances established by law.
